Inspection Services Built Around One Deliverable: Condition You Can Act On
From new-cable baseline to end-of-service, CableSense AI provides magnetic non-destructive testing services for coated electro-mechanical wireline cable every scan converted into condition data your team can use to plan, monitor, or retire with confidence.
Before a cable enters service, we establish its initial magnetic signature. This baseline becomes the reference point for every future scan, so later inspections compare the cable against its own original response rather than a generalized standard alone.
The cable passes through a calibrated sensor head that captures high-density magnetic data along its full measured length. That data is converted into customer-facing condition tracks LMA%, LF, TRACK, A-SWL, and Areas of Concern so nothing is judged from an isolated sample.
The greatest value comes from repeated inspections over the life of the cable. Each scan is aligned with prior data using encoder position and recognizable LMA/LF signatures even after the cable has been shortened by cutbacks building one permanent, comparable condition record.
Cables that have run in corrosive, chemically aggressive, or high-cycle conditions can be evaluated on demand. We assess the metallic armor package even when the surface still looks acceptable, surfacing changes hidden beneath the coating before they become an operational concern.

02
On-Site Magnetic Scan
The cable passes through a calibrated sensor head as it moves, capturing high-density magnetic data along its full measured length.
03
Data Converted to Condition Tracks
Raw magnetic data is processed into LMA%, LF, TRACK, and A-SWL outputs, aligned by cable length and, where available, prior scan history.
04
Data Converted to Condition Tracks
Raw magnetic data is processed into LMA%, LF, TRACK, and A-SWL outputs, aligned by cable length and, where available, prior scan history.
05
Report Delivered, Record Retained
You receive a full condition report, and the inspection is retained as part of the cable’s permanent record for comparison against future scans.
